4 weeks to a healthier you!
Officially done with 4 week gut protocol and feeling so freaking good!!
Down -4lbs, which is below my pre-kids weight but wasn’t even a goal of mine with this program. I was just looking for less sugar cravings & to hopefully cut down on inflammation.
I was able to achieve that and then some!
Sugar cravings gone!
This one was the toughest for me because I love sweet treats so I got creative and made my own clean eating desserts- almond joy bites, cauliflower rice pudding, and Shakeology ice cream. I had one of my daughters Reese’s eggs from Easter and I didn’t even like it because I’ve been sticking to good dark chocolate and it’s so much better!
Less inflammation
By sticking to a super clean eating plan, I lost the bloat and inflammation from processed foods. I have more energy and feel better than ever! The proof of how what you eat affects your entire body and mood. I will be continuing this program because if you’ve found something that works, why change?!
