PSA: You CAN take your routine with you.

No matter where I go, I have a plan to stay on track and not skip a beat with my workouts! My workouts go with me and so does my morning routine.


Traveling can make it tough to keep a “normal” routine, but I find that maintaining my daily habits even when I’m not home, helps me to stay on track!

Here are a few ways you can make it more routine-

✔️Decide before you travel what types of workouts you want to do. Daily hikes? Streaming a workout on your phone? Going to a gym? It doesn’t matter what you do as long as you enjoy it!

✔️Now schedule it! Add it to your phone, planner, whatever you use and schedule it like a meeting.

✔️Stack on to an existing habit. “After brushing my teeth, I will work out.” It’s much easier to add on to an existing habit.

✔️Make it enjoyable! Have your travel companion join you! Find something active to do locally- taking a class, paddle boarding, hiking.

✔️Now enjoy your trip knowing you will indulge and thats ok!
