My travel must haves ✈️

Are you a travel junkie and love to go see new places too?!

Or maybe you just find yourself frequently on the road or flying for work?

Without proper planning it can create a roadblock to your health & fitness goals. But with a little prep work, you will find its not too hard to enjoy traveling and all that comes with it by having a few things with you to help you stay on track!

Here are my go to travel favorites:

  • Portable blender. I discovered this one from Blend Jet this year and became an instant fan. You can throw this in your carry on (I have gone through security multiple times with no issue) or have it in your car for a quick healthy shake on the road. You can grab it here- BLEND JET

  • Superfood shakes to go. Even as a foodie, I get sick of eating at restaurants for every single meal while traveling. It leaves me feeling sluggish and let’s face it, it’s expensive! That’s why I always bring packets of my superfood shake with me on my trips. Add some water and ice and pop in your portable blender, and now you have a healthy and filling breakfast or lunch.   • Clean pre-workout. I do love to workout on vacation but I know not everyone feels that way. 😂 Even if you decide to do a walking tour of the city or a walk on the beach, you may need a little extra push to get you there. This is my favorite clean pre-workout that I just mix in a water bottle, shake up, and get a nice little energy boost to start the day!   • Morning Health Shot. This is for those that want to go the extra step to feel their best and support their immune system while traveling. This is a combination stress defense, immune support, energy boost, and nootropic blend for mental clarity.   • Workout bands. I don’t usually have extra space in my suitcase for equipment but I can always squeeze in a few bands. I like these because they are fabric and won’t roll on you. Plus, they come in fun colors! Get them here

  • Workouts that go with you. If you have a phone, tablet, or laptop, then your workouts can go with you wherever you go. I have an app on my phone, pick a workout, and get to work! Most hotels have great gyms (that are never crowded), so I use the weights and get in a quick sweat session before starting my day. You could even roll out a towel and do yoga or pilates right in your room. Try a day pass here!

My coaching business sent us to Mexico last winter where we enjoyed yoga on the beach. This was one of the best parts of our vacation!
